This apartment is in an ideal location with lots of shops and restaurants, and the Bay of Naples is a short walk nearby. It seemed to be a very safe area and the building was secure and spacious. The host allowed us to get in early, which was nice. There is a small lift which is great as it is on the 5th floor and we had very big suitcases. Hopefully we are forgiven for locking the cleaning lady in the apartment!

We absolutely loved this modern apartment and its location. Clean, private bedrooms and well appointed . It is up 5 flights of stairs but there is a 2 person elevator that can be used. Would highly recommend!

Un hôte à notre écoute qui a simplifié l’organisation de notre séjour en nous permettant de déposer nos bagages à l’appartement plus tôt que prévu et de les reprendre plus tard le dernier jour.

The apartment was everything we expected and needed for a short visit to Naples. The location was ideal for walking around the Old City and plenty of shopping/dining options nearby. The unit was immaculate and everything was in fine working order. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Pros: clean well equipped apartment. 3 bathrooms was great for a family of 4 (although 1 shower not working). Great location for walking, shopping, and eating. Air conditioning works great and was necessary. Easy access to taxi stands. Fifth floor apartment so the lift was big plus. Washing machine in the apartment was great. Cons: communication with host was not very responsive. TV in living room not functioning. All barstool chairs were falling apart. The screws holding them together were all loose and were waiting to collapse. Little things like chipped paint, gouge in kitchen ceiling, loose kitchen faucet, if fixed would make the experience much better. In all, we had a good experience in Napoli and the apartment didn’t detract or enhance our experience.

Lovely apartment very roomy and comfortable. We did not get quick response or any responses to our needs. Needed sheets for the pullout couch and extra towels. We were told we would have these things. The dryer should be working for guests. Some amenities were very very low if any. Never got a response to my checking out question. Great location but lacking in needs of guests

Franc

We had a fantastic five-night stay in this beautiful apartment. Via Chiaia is a charming, bustling street, mostly pedestrianised but used by mopeds and e-bikes. It has a wonderful vibe that we just loved - we ate al fresco at several of the cafes and restaurants nearby - but despite being in such a vibrant location, the apartment was so peaceful and quiet. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a bit of the wear and tear that you’d expect from a holiday rental. Overall, it was the perfect base for our vacation. (Tip: if getting taxis or transfers, get dropped off/picked up at either end of the street as they won’t venture down it. If you’re dropped off on the street above, as we were upon arrival, you have to go down several flights of steps with cases in tow, which was tricky, especially in 35C heat!)
