Enjoy the luxury of contemporary design, the privacy of single family home living and the abundant amenities of the award-winning Fiddler?s Creek community at Chiasso Cove! Set on a lake with west-facing views from the pool and screened lanai, the home has a very functional floor plan with three bedroom suites, foyer opening to the living room, dining room, spacious open kitchen overlooking the family room and a fourth bedroom that has been setup as a home office with a desk and sofa. The office has lake views and sliding glass doors out to the pool area - ideal for your work and play Florida lifestyle! The gourmet kitchen has a gas range and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The entire home has been newly designer furnished in 2021 in a contemporary palette of neutrals and blues. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with cable service and an en-suite bathroom. A guest bathroom is located between the family room and home office. The home is completed by a two-car garage and laundry room with GE Profile washer and dryer. Outside, the screened lanai has a built in gas grill and a heated swimming pool with spillover hot tub. Tropical landscaping adorns the home and the entire community, which feels like an oasis within the growing landscape of Collier County! With your rental, you have the option to pay a one-time $750 transfer fee for access to the Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa. The membership transfer includes all club benefits - resort style pools, restaurants, full service fitness center, tennis center, and more. 2025 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
