Great place!

Place is clean and kitchenette is a plus. Location is very convenient, right next to napoli centrale. Mini mart is walking distance. Across the street is also the famous “sfogliate calde” Host is very communicative and easy to talk to. Smooth self check-in with clear instructions provided.

We stayed one night at this location and left. The room had an Oder to it, the bathroom grout was dirty and the steps in this small space were a hazard. The neighbors were loud and the neighborhood was loud and unsafe based on the fights we witnessed.

Clean looking place, needs a fresh thing of paint and more attention to detail. Shower drained slow, no hot water in the tap and budget. Towels were cheap. We were glad it had AC, and the sound wasn’t bad from the street. It’s convenient to be close to the train, however being from Canada it was a rude awakening to what felt like a rough side of town… not a bad place but wouldn’t stay again u less it was under 100/night again. Also 36 euro for tourist tax
