Beautiful home in the heart of everything! We knew we had chosen the perfect house for our week-long stay in Naples when we walked through the door. It is immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable visit. Five Star in every respect!

Great getaway to bring the pups!

The house and location were great, Our boys enjoyed getting to go on the trip and found the location very calming. We ended up booking and extra day with the Agency in charge and they were extremely helpful,professional and very nice. A heads up for those bringing dogs, in the fenced in yard there is no grass, it is ground cover and in can get muddy, so bring those wipes for thier paws to keep the beautiful house clean.

Great house, good location. Better Communication

The home was very nicely decorated and in a great location. Perfect home for a family gathering. We did have some issues with checkin; the instructions were emailed and landed in Spam. Nothing was sent via the app to tell us to check email. Also, there was no handsoap, which (in my opinion) should be standard. The management company was responsive once we called them and house was clean and well-maintained.

Amazing property.

Excellent property, close to beach, quite neiborhood, accessible, clean. One detail, shower's wall (second bathroom) seems to start getting mold in between titles. A prompt treatment as prevention is recommended.

Enjoyable stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at your house. Nothing was missing, from beach items (chairs and toys for littles), linens, and kitchen items helped make us feel right at home. Only issue was the internet connected to a light switch which the cleaning staff removed the tape. Further conversations with property management is to have plans to replace this! Good idea! Thanks for a great stay and wonderful location! Took many walks to the beach.

Adorable house in an Excellent location

This place is less than a two minute drive to Vanderbilt beach. Great location with everything we needed close by including Publix, Starbucks and shopping. The house was extremely clean and super cute inside! Exactly as shown in the pictures. The fenced in backyard space was nice for our dogs too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Naples!

Coastal Gem really is one

Coastal Gem provided a comfortably luxurious home for our multi-generational vacation, and it was conveniently close to the beach and to grocery and restaurants by car. Google says it's only a twenty-min walk to the beach, but that was too far for the little legs in our group. The master bedroom is 5-star, with a huge bedroom space, huge (and comfortable) bed, and spacious shower in a moderately large (2 sinks and linen closet) bathroom. The two-twin-bed room was perfect for our 3 and 6 year olds, with a lighted closet that worked amusingly well as a night light. The front bedroom is also very nice, though it was a bit tight for our couple with a crib. The various communal spaces were wonderful when we gathered: the large, vaulted-ceiling family/dining room; the smaller den with an assortment of puzzles; and the screened lanai, all got used a lot in the 5 days we were there. The kitchen is the bomb, complete with Keurig; also, I've never used a better washing machine/dryer in a rented space (it dried so fast!). We also successfully used the grill in the backyard. Several smaller conveniences, like the beach towels, chairs, and wagon, were also notable nice touches. The street is very quiet, too, which adds to the comfortable hominess.
