I pre paid for the room, but when I reached there, the computer didn't updated my payment, so i had to show them my bank account to prove that I paid. They had to call the manager to solve the issue, after 30 minutes they figured out

I understand the concept of being more affordable because this hotel lacks some "common" hotel amenities such as housekeeping, Ice, and a pool, but this was NOT a great experience. Upon entering, I was being helped by a gentleman who was handling my check-in, and all of a sudden, he began to help the person checking in next to me (who came in after me and someone else was assisting) and began a long speech about the hotel and her check-in payments, like i wasn't just standing there with my wife and son wanting to check in. This Hotel room is like moving into a college dorm room, where just the bones of the room are there. Most channels on the TV did not work, and a full kitchen is available, with not a single utensil, not even a disposable cup. Bring your own bathroom supplies; there is no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There is one small coffee machine in the lobby. You guessed it: no creamer or coffee cups were available. I was able to overlook all those things until I went to the front desk to ask for an extra roll of toilet paper, only to be told, "We don't have any." When I jokingly replied, "What should I do, use face towels?" I was met with a shoulder shrug. Now I'm just like everyone else, trying to find a good deal, but this tradeoff didn't feel worth it compared to the price of a "regular" Hotel.

Rooms are brand new. However, very poor sound insulation. No rugs on floor meaning you hear everything people walking above you. Someone left their TV on loud all night. Did not sleep at all. Dog barking for hours in the morning very annoying. Finally, they never cleaned my room in 7 days.

The listing on Expedia was for a hotel in a different section of town so I feel this was a switch and bait on the hotel's part. Even the map the hotel posted on the listing was to a different hotel on Pine Ridge Road and not the actual one here. I have screenshots that show the listing. Upon arrival, I was never asked for my ID, which is a huge red flag especially since the location is on the edge of Naples heading to Miami and is a risk of human trafficking. Inside the room, it was loud, you could hear chairs moving, doors slamming, TVs playing, and people yelling. As a lone traveler, I did not feel safe. I know this was a bare bones hotel, but there was no one at the front desk when I tried to speak with them when I left in early the next morning. Also, the elevator had a temporary certificate of occupancy that expired in Nov. 2025 and it is mid Jan 2026 (I also have a pic of that). Horrible experience - tried the front desk and the text they sent and no response.

Affordable base for vacation. Hotel is new and accommodations are in good order. If you have a car, location is fine. Staff is very friendly, but still learning how to run the business. Kitchenettes are unfurnished, and in-room coffee maker costs extra. Free coffee from a cool machine in lobby - had to bug staff since cups sometimes not stocked. This hotel is good for families who can save a little $ by using the kitchenette and need a clean place to sleep after a busy day away.

We stayed 2 nights for a wedding near by. This hotel is new and basic, rooms have kitchen. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at ECHO SUITES for two nights, and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The first night, I barely got any sleep because the person in the next room was coughing and hacking loudly all night — the walls are very thin, and you can hear everything. I even recorded the noise on my phone, but when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they seemed uninterested and didn’t offer any real help. I asked to be moved to a different room for my second night, but they told me the guest next door had checked out, so I stayed put. There was no apology or compensation offered for the inconvenience. On top of that, the barista-style coffee machine in the lobby was broken during my stay, and there were no coffee makers in the rooms, which was disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations — the poor soundproofing, lack of customer service, and lack of basic amenities made for an unpleasant experience. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was new and clean, and everyone was pleasant and helpful. However, I guess, you get what you pay for. This was a really cheap stay. They don't change sheets at all. Only after 14 days of stay. No soap or shampoo replenishing. No toilet paper replenishing. No towel replacement. In a "suite" with microwave, stove, and fridge, there are no dishes, no silverware, no glasses, no cups. We had to buy everything ourselves. No hair drier, no iron or board (you can go downstairs and ask for iron and board though). So all in all, for a really cheap stay, it was ok.
