The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. The train station was also right there. We would stay here again for sure.

A lovely boutique hotel in a perfect spot between the two main train stations. The room felt fresh and modern following a recent renovation, with a really comfortable bed and excellent shower pressure. The team were incredibly welcoming and helpful—especially Marco, who gave us a fantastic late-night restaurant recommendation. I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Odeon. Our room was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the welcome snack too. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with getting us settled in, helping suggest great places to eat, teaching us about local customs and with directions. We also appreciated them keeping our bags for a few hours after we checked out so we could continue to explore sites before heading for our train. It’s also located in a very convenient location close to public transportation and the main train station. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The good news is the hotel is very clean with comfortable beds and bathroom. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The not so great news is that this hotel is in a very gritty neighborhood near piazza girabaldi but also not sure any neighborhood in Naples is much better. Parking was inconvenient and expensive.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Odeon Napoli. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Napoli Centrale Station, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed being able to experience the lively atmosphere of Naples right outside the hotel. One thing we especially appreciated was the laundromat located directly across from the hotel, which was very convenient during our trip. We were also delighted to find a bottle of champagne prepared in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
