整体还行，位置偏远了些，有隐形消费

前台工作人员的服务很好，尽可能答复我们的问题，走时候还帮忙叫了去那不勒斯机场的的士，27.5欧元，但的士司机比较狡猾，不仅让我们付现金，还只找了20欧，问我们剩下的做小费行不。 房间里冰箱里有水，没有价目表，我们以为是免费的，结果500ml的一瓶水就要3欧，比餐馆收费会贵，主要是没有告知。还有，打了两个罗马机场的电话，收费5欧。 早餐还不错，在目前covid-19情况下，种类已经算是丰富的了。房间也会每天清洁。

A bad hotel. You cant control your room temperature, it has to be controlled by the front desk. Mine was set at 25C and they couldn't turn it down. They changed my room. Same problem. Shower didnt hold. Plgus didn't work. Average breakfast.

Fint hotel lige ved siden af Stadion. Gratis parkering. Gode store værelser med god lydisolering. God stor seng. God morgenmad og tæt på metro. Vandet skulle løbe i 10 min. For at blive koldt.

Room 306 had several serious faults that made our stay extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. • The bathroom light only worked if the key card was positioned in a very specific way even after numerous attempts by the staff and ourselves to finally get it to work. • The main room light could not be switched off due to an electrical fault, leaving us no option but to cut the power from the fuse box in the room as advised by the front desk reception. Moving rooms was not an option as the hotel was fully booked. • As a result, we were unable to use the air conditioning overnight once the power was off in the room to turn off main room light (which was very bright) making the room unbearably hot and leading to a very poor night’s sleep. • To access the bathroom at night, I had to use my phone torch to reach the fuse box, which caused the main light to switch back on and disturb my son and husband. • Being required to operate the fuse box ourselves was not only completely baffling but also potentially dangerous, and certainly not a solution I would expect in a 4-star hotel. This is not the standard of service I expected, particularly as this stay was booked as a special treat for my son’s upcoming 16th birthday and we had travelled from the UK. Instead of being a comfortable and enjoyable experience, it was stressful and frustrating. We will not be returning to this hotel ever again!

Hotel was well located for the University Federico II where I attended a conference. It is close to Maradona Stadium but otherwise it is somewhat isolated. Easily accessible by public transport and relatively in easy reach of the airport. Restaurants are somewhat mixed fare. The hotel is excellent and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only slight concern was the food which is in need of some attention. The hotel refers to its restaurant as fine dining but it really isn't.
