La Favola di San Martino

Welcome to the heart of Vomero, one of the most elegant and lively neighborhoods in Naples. This apartment is ideal for couples, families, professionals, children and the elderly. Spacious and comfortable, it has two bedrooms: one double with private bathroom and one with two single beds. There is a second bathroom and an eat-in kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Included: towels, courtesy kit and hairdryer.
The location is perfect for exploring the city: a few steps from the metro and funiculars, you can easily reach the historic center. Il Vomero is known for its shops, restaurants and cafés. A short distance away are the Certosa di San Martino and the Villa Floridiana, two historic and panoramic jewels.
In the case of reservations with only 2 guests, in case of need of separate beds, in order to accommodate the request, it must necessarily be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different bed layout cannot be guaranteed.
 

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights

At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental.
Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number.
If the selected apartment is pet-friendly, admission is upon request and a pet fee can be applied.
