All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful except for the lady that was at the front desk on Monday night. She was not a good representative for your hotel! There was a guest ahead of me that was having a keycard that would not open her room and she was at the front desk for the 3rd time and was told to try that time and if it didn’t work again then she would have to wait until someone could change the battery in her door. I wanted quarters to wash 1 load of clothes at the guest laundry and she went into a tirade about how I should just go to a laundry mat because it was so much cheaper. And I could get tide pods at Publix for 96 loads for about what a box of soap from the vending machine. And I could maybe get quarters from Publix as well cause she didn’t have any at the front desk. This person left a bad taste for us. The rest of the staff was so good it is too bad she ruined it.

Overall, the hotel was decent. The bath tub was in bad shape and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. Everything was pretty clean.

The staff was outstanding and the room was very clean. With that being said, the property needs some updating. The chairs by the pool need to be replaced as some of them are broken. The bathroom was very clean, but also need some updating as well. Overall it was a good stay and very close to shopping and dinning.

They need a serious wash of the windows, another great thing it will be the shampoo, conditioner and the body wash to be mounted on the shower wall The mini dove products, are not enough. The breakfast diversity, everyday or every other day would've been more welcoming. WE loved Racquel the maid. She was the best and most friendly of all the maids. This is a person that needs a promotion. The front desk personnel, were amazing. Loved them all. This is our second time at this location . And we loved it !!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and called front desk and told her that my room was never cleaned and they never change tows or sheets. Very disappointed

The receptionist (Heavenly) was amazing, she made our short stay very welcoming, the hotel was easy to find, the room was clean and the bed was soooo comfortable, breakfast was ok but everything else was great and priced reasonably too - Naples WOW what a fantastic place to visit, back again soon

Roaches present in the room, water was shut off from 11 am to 5 pm on Monday due to plumbing issues, elevator was off for a couple of hrs, manager was unfriendly and not able to help out with all the issues. Just go few blocks down the road and book a real Hotel instead. Left one night before due to all the inconvenience this caused to my family (did not get a refund).

Hi thank you for your review. The water was shut off approximately around 3:30pm and was only shut off for a little over a hour. The letter we had posted up was just a estimated time. As for the elevator that was only down for maintenance for 30 minutes max. We informed you that you had until 12pm to check out if you wanted to get a refund for the last night stay and you were ok with that. However checking out later in the after noon around 5/6 pm we were not able to accommodate you and get you a refund.

Pretty grim all round and nothing like the pictures. Staff obviously doing their very best but the hotel is tired and needs an upgrade. Bed linen was old and scratchy, bathroom looked dirty because bath tub so worn out. Inconvenient location, not close to anything useful.

Property is well kept and maintained. Room was cleaned and had no issues. There was always parking available. Hotel is right behind Olive Gardens and walking distance from IHOP. Staff was friendly and available for help when needed. 7-10am Free breakfast had the basics for free breakfast and “You get what you pay for”. I would stay here again.
