- Looking for a 30 day or more rental- This Property Features
• Spacious open-concept floor plan with abundant natural light
• Eat-In, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and table/chairs, as well as counter top bar stool seating overlooking main living area with tv, couches and chairs, as well dining room area with additional table/chair seating. With a large wall of floor/ceiling glass sliding doors that open up to a -
• Private screened lanai overlooking lush fairways and serene lake views with table/chairs and large ceiling fan to enjoy indoor/outdoor living year round.
• Primary suite with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom includes queen bed, large dresser with mirror and a large desk/workspace area and tv.
• Additional bedroom has plenty of storage with two twin beds and a small hallway separating to a full 2nd bathroom with tub/shower and In-unit laundry. Area has a private door that can be used to separate bedroom from main living areas. covered parking, and additional storage. TV include Netflix and streaming channels as well as cable in main living room area. WiFi is also included for use.
• Fully furnished and move-in ready for seasonal, annual, and monthly min.rental. There is also covered assigned parking spot, as well as additional parking in visitor spaces. Condo is located on second floor and can be accessed directly from parking area with elevator access or stairs.
Community Amenities. Must be accepted or declined once all booking details have been confirmed. A One-Time Membership Cost of $350.00 and provides:
