My Luxury B&B superbly run, clean, crisp, large room with much needed aircon. This was the perfect point to explore Naples for me. Easy reach (walking) of most of the historical buildings of interest. Easy reach of the station and metro making it a perfect location to travel to pompeii and alike. Short walk to Spaccanapoli, amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and gift shops. Fascinating architecture, people noise and the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Taken back by the amount of rubbish littering the city streets especially plastic bottles. If feels like the Refuge collectors or street cleaners are non existence, so why are tourist paying tourist taxes?

Der Föhn funktioniert nicht und man bekommt auch keinen Ersatz. Klingt wie ein Rasenmäher und es kommt fast keine Luft raus. Nicht zu brauchen, nehmt euch einen mit! Dann ist alles ok ;) Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Las instalaciones son limpias y cómodas el único detalle es que la hora de salida es a las 10 y hay servicio de guarda equipaje con costo adicional.

Sehr schön renoviertes Zimmer, leider hat der Toilettendeckel gefehlt und das Bett war sehr hart. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett, aber spricht kein Wort Englisch, dadurch ist die Kommunikation sehr schwer. Der als verfügbar kostenlos angegebene Parkplatz, ist nicht vorhanden und man muss für 2 Nächte 80€ in einem Parkhaus um die Ecke zahlen. Das Frühstück ist in einer nahegelegenen Bar, wo wir keine Getränke bekommen habe, lediglich ein Crossaint pro Person. Dies als Frühstück inbegriffen zu bezeichnen ist etwas seltsam.

Ik en mijn tienerzoon gingen 8 dagen naar Napels en verbleven in deze accomodatie. Wij kregen 1x (op 8 dagen) 2 verse handdoeken, niet erg zou je denken, wel als je de andere eerste gekregen handdoeken moet gebruiken om rond de douche te leggen om het overlopen van de douche te stoppen omdat de leidingen niet goed doorlopen en dit terwijl de eigenaar hiervan op de hoogte is. Ook het licht op de gang schijnt binnen de kamer (Dilalah), om te rusten na een avontuurlijke vermoeiende dag moet je niet gaan, de muren zijn flinterdun en je kan alles horen van buren (ook jacuzzi superluid!) Of er is luidruchtig bezoek bij de eigenaars. Om met positieve noot af te sluiten,B&b ligt centraal en op wandelafstand voor alle openbaar vervoer, wat dan wel een pluspunt is!

Good hotel for the price
Perfectly fine hotel if you just need a place to stay centrally in Naples. Pretty newly renovated room which was very clean and spacious. Not the place for a cozy family vacation, but serves very well for sleeping centrally for a good price. Bring earplugs as the doors and windows are thin.

It’s alright for a night or two but the 20 € pay for arrival after 20:00 and the 5€ for the luggage deposit seem a bit much for me. The room was alright and very clean and the attendant nice.

The hotel main in the city, main railway station Napoli Termini and metro is just 5-6 minutes walkable distance. There are so many supermarkets and souvenirs shops near the hotel.

I feel like I was catfished with this property. First the room did not have a hot tub, second the outside of the place is a stark contrast to the rest of the street. The area it was in was not the best area. On top of that we went to check in and they said the room wasn’t ready and couldn’t check us in until well after our check in time. On top of that the electricity randomly went out in the middle of the night.

We do not feel good in this stay
I honestly have to say that the room was very spacious and clean, the man who received us was very friendly, but many things happened that I cannot rate this accommodation well. I am going to give my explanation, the first thing an accommodation is to rest in is therefore the noises of voices, banging noises, a good rest is impossible, then I must say the mattress is super hard and they told us that every day the room is cleaned at 1 pm, the first day it was not cleaned, the second day they did not change the towels and lift the ones on the floor and they hung them to reuse, and so every day a problem and then the breakfast, says complete because it is only 1 coffee and a brioche, in a bar 3 blocks away, which is very, very rude those at the -- bar dello sport -- we also recalrntp some old brioche and the treatment towards us was very bad and for the last 2 days we didn't go because to start the morning in a bad mood it would be better to have breakfast somewhere else, which is positive for the location, otherwise I wouldn't choose this one accommodation
