Hemos tenido una maravillosa estancia, el lugar increible con una maravillosa decoración, la habitación preciosa y muy comoda. Excelente ubicación, estabamos muy cerca de la estación del metro y fue muy facil desplazarnos. El anfitrión, Luca muy amable, nos recibio y dio todas la indicaciones necesaria para sentirnos muy a gusto en el alojamiento. Sin duda repetiremos si volvemos a Napoles. Gracias Lucas y Loredana altamente recomendados.

Do not trust the reviews 5 star reviews. Only a handful of rooms and it’s very old. Only staff we saw the entire time we had called to do a repair. Self check in, zero staff, one old elevator that only works if last person using closed forts right (found this out and had to walk up 5th floor). The building they show isn’t just the hotel and they have maybe 6 rooms in back of building on 5th floor. They’ve done some updates but at best a 2.5-3 star. Had issues with toilet when we got there and they were prompt to come work on it but he had no idea what he was doing. It sounded like an alarm going off for several minutes after flushing. He came and flushed 6 times said nothing wrong and then it did it as he was going to leave. He fixed the loud buzzing (seriously loud and felt bad for other guests). Then the reservoir was loud filling and would run loud like a faucet. I told him it was loud and he closed the bathroom door and was like there that’s better. He left and later the water dripped into the toilet reservoir like torture all night long. I took and sent several long videos from in the middle of the night. I slept an hour maybe two at most. We booked for 3 nights and checked out after one horrible night. Of course no staff around and check out is leave your keys on desk. Paid for 3 nights checked out not dealing with the plumbing issues they have (they say everything works fine even with the videos we sent). Stay away and being so close to station it’s extra dirty

The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to check in and accomodations made when I needed them. Beautiful, clean, large room. Very convenient location which felt much safer than another place I stayed in Naples. Lots of action, but also police presence nearby. Very close to train, dining, shopping, and near the water. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was great location to the bus station with a short walk. Nice bars and restaurants close by-felt safe visiting these at night. Naples is a great place to visit and this hotel is well located to the city centre too

We stayed for 5 days, we had helpfully communication before arriving. At arrival our host chatted with us and showed us several sites and places to eat. We had no idea how central the site really was, excellent location. Walking distance from the port, the excellent for our arrival from Capri. And a very short distance from Napoli Centrale, great for our way back home. We had many excellent suppers very close by, a special call out to Nonna Anna's just around the corner, we had a very special night.

It is like a family hotel. It is a big apartment with several room for different guests. The place is close to the train station. It is also easy to walk or take metro to many places in Naples. The staff there was really nice.
