The kitchen has been renovated and is fully equipped for everyday cooking and entertaining, featuring quartz countertops, modern cabinetry and hardware, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep and serving space.

A well-appointed coffee station offers options for every preference, including Nespresso, Keurig, French press, and a traditional drip coffee maker.

Each bedroom includes ceiling fans, blackout drapes, calming décor, multiple pillow options (firm, down, and alternatives,), and additional blankets so guests can personalize their sleep experience.

Outdoor furnishings were chosen for comfort, from cushioned chaise loungers for poolside afternoons to a dining table for outdoor meals and a comfortable seating area with swivel chairs and a cozy egg chair—ideal for reading, morning coffee, or unwinding at the end of the day.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
