Fint hotel for enkelte overnatninger. Morgenmaden var efter sydeuropæiske standarder, og ikke noget prangende. Der er mange trapper op til hotellet og kræver en gåtur. Ligger ellers godt for attraktioner og lidt væk fra centrum.

Solo traveler. The location was so so. It is a bit hidden and not for people who don’t like to walk through narrow, shady, steep hilly neighborhoods at night. The best part of this hotel is the view from the rooftop. As to the room, they gave me 2 options and they both looked like dungeons void of any character. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and the red and green light on the ceiling’s smoke detector kept lighting up at night and I could not sleep. Shower was very small and awkward. Glad I only stayed 2 nights. Get ready to carry your luggages up a steep hill to catch taxi on the main road.

When booked under impression had a bar and restaurant. On arrival this wasn't the case. Breakfast basic continental and in basement. Not on terrace as in picture. Was clean but basic. No drinks in room, some soap and clean linen and towels. Staff very helpful. Expect to walk to hotel due to narrow access to entrance. Also on hill, not surprising given views from terrace which are excellent.

Tutto bene, struttura accettabile

Hotel in zona tranquilla, silenziosa. Reception ok e check in abbastanza rapido. Camera un po’ datata, con carta da parati che si staccava in più punti; mancavano forse un po’ di prese per ricarica dispositivi e usb. Bagno grande e ben curato.

The property had an overall rating of 3 stars which is why we chose it. Unfortunately the conditions of the rooms were nowhere near 3 stars … the floor was dirty, the furniture was falling apart, the shower drain was super slow. We stayed there with a group of friends and one room had mold and another had ants. Breakfast was OK. I would not recommend.

The hotel sits on a steep, narrow slope where cars can’t enter, so we had to carry our luggage down the hill and then down more stairs to reach reception. Our first room was basically a cubicle in the cafeteria with mold on the walls and a bed in poor condition. The receptionist was helpful and moved us to a larger room with a nice view, but it was still very basic and the shower was extremely small. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but sufficient. Overall, the staff was kind and tried to help, but the hotel’s layout, accessibility issues, and room conditions made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The rooms are nice and staff are amazing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're traveling alone as the neighborhood felt unsafe. Otherwise a great hotel with central location. Montesanto Metro station is close by (7min walk).
