Our stay was great. Check in/out was quick and easy. The room/bathroom was a great size. The air conditioning worked well. It’s located on a main road so it helped with getting picked up via uber.

Only wish you could leave the ac on when you left the building. Would also be nice if they would not open the windows, room was hot upon returning to room when gone for the day. Other than that room was good.

We had a lovely stay! The check-in instructions were very clear, the room was neat and tidy, and we loved the street views of Napoli. Special shout out to Manuela. She was super nice and helpful. And having a cafe right across the street was so convenient. The only downside is the neighborhood—it feels a bit sketchy at night, and I wouldn't want to be walking alone as a solo female traveler after dark. Otherwise, a great experience.

The good: very cordial staff. Very clean room. Close distance to the airport. Cheap. The bad: Difficult to find as there is no sign on the building that you would typically expect. No hotel office. Everything is communicated with staff via Whatsapp. I'm not too sure about walking out at night due to security. It might be ok but doesn't look like it. No restaurant/bar inside building.
