Flora and Daniele were very accomodating

If you're looking for a place to explore Naples, Sorrento, Herculeneum or Pompei from that is also a quiet and unpretentious sanctuary at the end of the day, look no further. The swimming pool and the air conditioning were a welcome relief from the heat wave of early August and we really enjoyed eating our meals at the little table outside the apartment in the evenings. Flora also helped us navigate wording a MOST delicious, authentic pizza a couple of evenings - above and beyond usual hosting duties! If you're after a low key, no frills place to stay that's handy to everything - and you're not too fussy about mod.cons, beyond the basics, the apartment was clean and functional - though the shower rose needs some TLC and the apartment could do with a good bottle opener for wine! But all in all we found it to be a delightful and affordable way to balance our expenses in a non-touristy area...! Many thanks to Flora, Daniele and their family for making our stay so enjoyable in every way they could, despite their own life and family commitments! Very grateful!

Der Pool ist toll

Der Garten und der Gemeinschaftspool sind sauber und eine Erholung nach dem Sightseeing. Die Besitzer sind freundlich und die gesamte Atmosphäre ist familiär. Die Wohnung ist alt und sehr verwohnt, aber zumindest sauber. Es sollte dringend etwas Geld investiert werden, dann könnte man sich dort wohlfühlen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist ein wenig irreführend. Es gibt eine große Küche von der das Bad abgeht. Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer werden von einer Glastür getrennt. Schließt man diese Tür, hat das Schlafzimmer kein Fenster/ keinerlei Belüftung. Es gibt kein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch ist Eingangsbereich und Durchgangszimmer zugleich. Nachts ist es ziemlich laut, da die Straße stark befahren ist. Die Busse vor der Tür sind so unzuverlässig, dass man mit ihnen nicht rechnen sollte. Wir haben letztlich Taxis benutzt. Ca 15€ ins Zentrum.

Daniele received us warmly and gave us good advices. We took the Metro for our Sightseeing-Tour. The appartament is well located. The funrniture is partiale old and dilapited. The rollers were broken.

Nous venons d'effectuer notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement dont nous apprécions particulièrement l'emplacement (à côté du parc de Capodimonte) et la piscine (si agréable en fin de journée après une visite de Naples ou des alentours). Purtroppo solo un giorno, ma ottimo il riscontro che fornisco volentieri x il mio soggiorno. La location è ottima x rilassarsi tra verde e piscina x poi lanciarsi nel caos del resto della città. Spero di tornare presto in questo b&b, familiare ma elegante allo stesso tempo. Col bosco di fronte poi! Non ho rinunciato neanche alla mia corsetta mattutina!

Un logement propre et correct pour deux personnes , qui correspond à la description et aux photos , cependant la salle de bains a besoin d'un rafraichissement , le parking dans l'enceinte fermée est un atout pas négligeable dans cette région, la route à proximité est passagère mais plus calme la nuit . Je conseille ce logement pour un court séjour ,il est bien situé pour visiter Naples car le métro Frulone est proche avec son parking à 3 euros la journée, la piscine permet de se reposer après les visites .L'environnement extérieur de ce quartier n'est pas très propre mais à 3 minutes ce trouve le jardin du musée capodimonte qui est bien entretenu.

Séjour chaleureux en Campanie

Appartement Idéalement situé loin de la foule et du bruit mais très commode pour rejoindre le centre historique ( voiture laissée au parking du métro pour 2 euros par jour) ce qui nous a permis de visiter Naples mais aussi la Campanie. La voiture était à l'abri dans la cour, la piscine nous attendait et Daniele s'est montré extrêmement accueillant . Seul petit bémol pour notre séjour de dix jours : pas de machine à laver. Mais un sans faute sur le reste. Merci Daniele. This flat is ideally situated facing the park of Capodimonte in peace and quiet and so very convenient for reaching the heart of Napoli and Campania. Our car was safe in the yard, the swimming pool were waiting for us and Daniele's greeting was very warm. A very nice spot.

Appartement bien sécurisé dans une belle propriété

Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée. On nous a accompagné un dimanche après-midi au supermarché ainsi qu'au métro pour nous montrer la station qui nous permettait d'aller dans le centre de Naples sans prendre la voiture.(2 euros de parking pour la journée) En 20 mns de métro on est dans le centre de Naples. Autrement, il y a le bus qui passe devant la propriété. Location très bien située pour tous les déplacements hors de Naples. Accès rapide à l'autoroute pour aller visiter Pompéi, Ercolano, le chateau de Caserta ou le Vésuve. Appartement très propre et bien fourni en linge ou vaisselle. Nous avons pu apprécié la piscine qui nous a rafraichi certains après midi. Le propriétaire est venu nous apporter des petites douceurs napolitaines que nous avons bien appréciées. Appartement dans une propriété sécuriséé et place de parking pour la voiture. Seul petit bémol, un peu bruyant car la route est passagère et les napolitains conduisent jours et nuits, entre les voitures ou scooters. Appartement correspondant à l'annonce et aux photos. Merci à Daniele et à sa famille.

location prix raisonnable, très propre et très bonne accueil...

le cadre est très sympathique proximité verdure et calme avec une piscine, l'appartement très propre bien équipé pour cuisiner, la voiture à un emplacement dans la cour, le propriétaire gentil et attentif nous a bien conseillé et orienté c'était parfait ! je conseille fortement cet appartement bien situé avec le bus à proximité pour aller à Naples.

sejour reposant dans la ville bouillonante de Naples

Naples est une ville extraordinaire au niveau historique et pour la gentillesse de ses habitants. Nous avons été reçus comme de la famille par Daniele qui nous a rendu de multiples services: aller-retour à l'aéroport, aide pour les courses car nous sommes arrivés un dimanche de Pâques.L'appartement est propre et bien fonctionnel. Il est situé sur une hauteur de Naples dans une zone plus calme au niveau circulation. Le bus178 et 168 passent toutes les 15-20 minutes au pied de la résidence et vous conduisent au musée archéologique de Naples où se trouve la ligne de métro 1. En marchant une vingtaine de minutes depuis la résidence , on peut également prendre directement le métro. Pour les courses, c'est un peu plus délicat car les commerces sont également à 20 minutes et mieux vaut acheter au jour le jour pour éviter d'avoir du poids au bout des bras.Mais la meilleure solution , c'est d'aller au restaurant dans Naples car les prix et la qualité sont exceptionnels dans tous les restaurants (budget entre 5 et 10 euros par personne). L'appartement est également proche du très grand jardin de capodimonte avec son incontournable musée. Grazie mille Daniele per la sua ospitalità. Felice di conoscerla. Famiglia Perrot
