Our vacation rental home was constructed in 2021 and is located in the Bayshore Arts District, a trendy neighborhood that is pedestrian friendly as well as a quick and easy drive to downtown Naples. Being located on the east side of Naples bay, guests can walk to the Bay View park to enjoy gorgeous long views of the bay and some of the surrounded water front homes and businesses as well as to the world famous Naples Botanical Garden.

The Space:
Introducing a modern vacation home in Naples' Bayshore Arts District - a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood near downtown. Walk to Bay View park for stunning bay views and visit the renowned Naples Botanical Garden.

Contemporary architecture, a 1-car garage, and an open-air front porch welcome guests. Enjoy the spacious screened back porch facing south, providing abundant natural light and shade. The expansive backyard offers ample space for relaxation.

The well-appointed kitchen features a counter for informal meals, plenty of cabinets with a built-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, and a quartz countertop. The family room boasts 2 sofas, a large smart TV, and multiple windows for natural light. The adjacent dining set comfortably seats 5.

The den, with a pull-out sofa and desk, offers a private space with French doors.

The first-floor bedroom features a Queen bed, large closet, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A half bathroom is conveniently situated near the front entrance and family room.

Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a King bed, large closet, and smart TV. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaking tub.

The second bedroom suite includes 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Conveniently located on the second floor, the laundry closet houses a full-sized washer and dryer.

Relax on the covered and screened back lanai with a dining set offering views of the backyard and adjacent wooded lots. The raised home design includes steps to the backyard, front entrance, and garage.

Enjoy the trendy dining options in the Bayshore Arts District, including Ankrolab Brewery, Molcajetes, and Celebration Park. Downtown Naples and the beach are a short drive away. The Naples Pickleball Center, just 1.4 miles away, offers a world-class facility with 59 courts and hosts the US Open Pickleball Championship.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 45 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
