Beautiful property, good location, lots to do, staff is very accommodating - Marjorie at reception was exceptionally helpful, room was very comfortable & peaceful. Lovely setting for a holiday. Breakfast is plentiful and very good - crêpes were delicious. Restaurants use lots of local ingredients and wine from the Estate is very good. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Lovely hotel. We went in December so didn't have a chance to experience the lovely looking pool, but the hotel is in wonderful countryside and is great for walking and cycling. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend

Lovely, but need more hot water

It was wonderful all around. The only complaints are that we ran out of hot water for showers in the morning, so two out of four people had to take cold showers.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. I booked here for my boyfriend’s birthday after spending a few nights in Carcassonne. We spent 2 nights here and we loved every minute. The hotel was spotless, the most incredible views from either the pool or outisde dining, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough with the weather to experience the outdoor pool and drinks watching the sunset. I couldn’t have asked for a better surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. We had dinner in Asado and although the wait for food was long, it was worth it! We will definitely be visiting again next year !

A fabulous stay

We have just completed an overnight stay and dinner at the chateau and we were so impressed with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff throughout our visit. From our initial greeting and assistance from Cecile on reception to later on meeting Kevin our waiter in the brasserie we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be looking to return very soon. Please do pass on our thanks to the other staff in the brassrie and helpful staff on reception. The service throughout our stay was faultless and you have both an amazing venue and high quality staff to run such a place - you very much deserve to succeed.

Beautiful property, attentive staff, delicious food. We had a lovely room in the Chateau but…….no air conditioning….They had a system that did not cool the room at all . Our tester said 28 degrees…unbearably hot. We reported it to the reception and they did attempt to turn it on ,but it kept going off. Not comfortable . Hopefully they will correct this ….then this rating will be excellent.
