We had a lovely stay. Accommodations are simple and clean. It is an older hotel and new owners are in process of restoration. Great value given its location right next to the market, canal walk and restaurants. Bus stop very close, too. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotellet ligger tæt på den gamle bydel i Narbonne i roligt kvarter. Det trænger til en opgradering, som også er i gang. Super hyggelige værter og ukompliceret check ind mm. Fint og priskorrekt. Velegnet tul et stop på farten.

A welcoming and friendly place to stay.
We were visiting our daughter for who lives in Narbonne for 1 night. When we arrived, the manager, Vincent, was very helpful in checking us in and showing us our room. He even helped carry our luggage in from the car and up the stairs to the room. (And back to the car, when we checked out.) Even though we said it was unnecessary, it was very much appreciated. I had trouble using the internet, and Vincent helped me solve the problem. If you want an authentic French experience in a small family owned hotel, this is the place.

I was in room 8 first floor and it was terrible with holes in walls, big cracks in the ceiling and wall paper falling apart. I felt I brought my 2 kids to a abandoned hotel or something like that. It could be only my room but still this place should not be on the orbitz listing. I am pretty upset with orbitz for suggesting me this place.

Arrivée: pas de réception. Un code pour ouvrir la porte de l’hôtel et la clé de la chambre est sur le bureau… 2 étages (raides) sans ascenseur ! Chambre à un grand lit+1 petit… on avait réservé une chambre double. La chambre était en travaux: trous dans les murs et papier peint peint déchiré ! À notre arrivée les chaises étaient sur les tables dans le séjour commun ! Très sombre et pas accueillant Coté positif, le propriétaire est sympa et prêt à donner des infos utiles. L’endroit est calme et bien placé. Ne vaut pas plus que ses 2 * et cher pour la chambre que nous svons eue (au 2eme et en travaux) !
