Nice house classified on 3*, in a lawned garden with a private swimming pool situated on the outskirts of the Roman city of Narbonne. The environment is quiet all shops are less than 2 km.
The place to stay is a good compromise for those who want to combine seaside attractions and cultural discoveries.
The lively beaches resorts of Gruissan and Narbonne plage spread on the coast at 17 km. Many cultural excursions with the discovery of Narbonne rich of Roman sites, abbeys of Fontfroide and Lagrasse, the Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (located UNESCO World Heritage ).
For nature lovers, magnified with the Canal du Midi at 8 km, the Lake of Jouarres, the Bages bounds frequented by migratory birds and the regional park of the Clape famous for its hiking trails.

The 100 m² house is comfortably furnished for 6 persons. It is semiattached with the owner's one. The owners are not very often in their house at summer season. The holiday house sets in a garden of more than 2500 m² of which 1,000 m² are shared and 500 m² are private.
Ground floor: entrance, kitchen / living room, dining room, 1 separate WC, 1 kingsize bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet.
First floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
The house is very well equipped and landscaping is a strong point. The 2500 m² garden is completely fenced with trees, flowers and partly grassed. It has an overflowing pool on a terrace partly shaded with a built barbecue. The 8mx4m pool has a depth of 1.40m. Secured by a tarpaulin, it is open from mid June to mid September. Parking for 2 cars on the ground. Sorry pets are not allowed.
