Great room - very clean and roomy; beautiful and modern lobby decked out for Christmas; we had a visit from Santa while in the lounge enjoying a cocktail and dinner. Great shuttle service to Narita!!

Narita Tobu Hotel Airport
Staff were great, clean room and comfortable. Room could do with a bit of a refresh and we paid for a deluxe triple room which was actually a twin room with a sofa bed which was a bit disappointing.
