「I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional feel of the suite, the bathroom was my favorite part. Access to a balcony was welcomed, the beds were comfy, and the room was quite spacious. The location is very close to the Awa Odori festival, shrines, and restaurants. The hostess spoke very good English and was a very sweet woman. The price was only expensive because I had booked explicitly for the Awa Odori, but that is to be expected for such a grand festival and being so close.」

「It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening.It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind. Fortunately there are 3 Japanese youth guests came out and help us to call the CS,finally we got my villa Password.We appreciated their help and stayed with us in the cold weather almost an hour. 「What we liked:
- location, close to several places to eat and several supermarkets,
- the disposition of the toilet, the shower and the sink, they were all separated and it’s very convenient when traveling with 2 teenagers (and in general),
- the two mail living rooms, the ones with the tatami were very welcoming and we spent most of our time in there, our sons slept there in 2 tatamis,
- the washing machine was fast and did not make noise.
