5 stars all around! The properties were as advertised, clean, comfortable beds, great kitchens and close to everything. We had 3 cars so the 4 garage spaces were a huge plus. Our host always responded within a few minutes and was very helpful. Can't wait to come back to Nashville and stay here again!

July in Nashville is already potentially hot but when air conditioner doesn’t work in the unit it is suboptimal. I reached out to the host and they were unresponsive. After the first night and repeated times trying to contact them they sent out a tech who said they couldn’t fix the issue without a part. The host didn’t have them get us fans or anything and when I asked for a partial refund they said they would and then were just as unresponsive to the issue. The place is OK but they also oversell how many people can comfortably stay there even if air conditioning worked.

Beautiful units with plenty of space

My group absolutely loved staying at these units! They were beautiful and each bedroom had access to their own bathroom. The only downside is there are a lot of stairs

Fantasy Football Draft Location for the Entire League

We rented both spaces for our fantasy football draft as we go to different destinations for this each year and Nashville was chosen this time. The space was very conducive to our group, was spaced out nicely, was conveniently located to Broadway and other areas of interest for nightlife, etc. (whether you were looking to walk or take a short Uber) and the hosts were very responsive. The only non-five star comments I have are that the TV on the roof didn't work, the pergola didn't provide any shade so the rooftop was essentially unusable given the heat and the street was under construction so some of the guys had issues getting in/accessing the building. Otherwise, everything was top notch. Recommend.

Fun House-Lots of Beds-Close to Everything

This house suited our group very well. It is stylishly decorated inside and has nice places to gather either in the kitchen or on the rooftop deck. It’s a quick drive to downtown or other desirable places. The neighborhood it’s in is developing but there is currently construction underway nearby.

We rented both A & B and they were beautiful rentals. We were on a mission trip and it fit all of our youth perfect. Would def recommend.

Perfect Group Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at these neighboring townhomes. We had enough space for 12 people (6 couples) and really enjoyed the walkable coffee shops and bars. There will definitely have to be a “picking of straws” for who gets the bunk rooms if it is all couples traveling but all is fair and if you end up with the master you are especially lucky. John (the host) was extremely easy and kind to communicate with and made everything super smooth letting us check in as soon as the maid service left so we could get in and get ready for the rehearsal dinner. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Perfect set of condos for our group. We were able to walk to GEODiS arena for a concert and easily get to shopping, restaurants, and downtown.

Ohio takes on Nashville

We had 12 couplesin our group and thes two townhouses were the perfect location for us. We had so much fun up on the rooftop deck, we were bake to eat "family style" in the large kitchens. We enjoyed the coffee shop right down the street. I had read reviews of it being loud at njght, but we had zero trouble! It is so close to downtown/broadway. When we come back we will definitely stay here again! They also provided soap, lots of towels, linens and it was immaculate when we arrived.

Awesome roomy stay

We stayed here for a work conference and the place was as described. Every room has a bathroom (not all are connected but that was no big deal). Water pressure in unit B was amazing. Beds were comfy. Loved the lighting in the family/dining room. Close enough to the city but not much within walking distance. Great views of the city from the roof.

Girls Trip

The two side by side townhouses were great for our group of 16. Nice place to gather in the one house, and nice to have plenty of bathrooms to get ready. The rooms with bunk beds were a little tight for putting luggage in, especially if using to capacity. But overall great experience and location!

50th Birthday

Siblings group of 12 celebrating a 50th Birthday stayed in the two units. Units fit us perfectly and the location was good! Walkable to some restaurants and bars and a quick Uber to Broadway and The Gulch. Too cold to enjoy the rooftops but they would be nice in warmer temps! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for a Group

We rented two units, side by side. We had a group of 10 adults and had plenty of space. Both units were very clean and comfortable. Our group really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

Top Notch start to finish!

The properties were beautiful! So VERY clean, beautiful decor, fully equipped with necessities, everyone commented on the comfortable beds, the bathrooms are like luxury hotel baths, and just overall great properties. We visit Nashville usually once a year if not two and I think I can speak for all 18 that stayed when I say we would stay here again. Thank you John and Emily these homes are done right.

This new townhouse is nicely furnished with the latest modern appliances and furniture. Very comfortable! We had a few issues put they were quickly taken care of by management.

Great properties,…..BUT……..

Eight of us rented 446A and B. A few things did not work, overhead fans, total confusion with getting tv’s to work (with no instructions, all units) and very loose backs on barstools in unit A. Checked in on a Monday afternoon and on Tuesday morning 446A had a massive leak on the third floor bathroom that made its way down to the ceiling on the first floor and flooded the kitchen area. Used all of our bath towels from both units to try to keep ahead of the water…..didn’t work! The occupants eventually had to pack everything up and move into 446D that afternoon. Completely wasted 1/2 a day in Nashville! Unit 446D was very nice, one extra bedroom/bath, but many things didn’t work or missing something (like a glass shower door). Units are definitely located in a semi-commercial area, with a coffee house/bar located next door. This wasn’t a problem during the day, but at night, bands, very loud bands play until 1:30am! Overall the units were nice, if you can live with a few things not working and the late night bar next door.

Home away from the Gaylord

The house and location was perfect for what we were looking for. It was a short drive to the Gaylord where our girls had their dance competition and it was a close drive to Broadway, the Gulch and Vanderbilt. It was also great walking distance to some brewery's, coffee shops and pizza restaurant. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy time together as well as having our own bedroom/bathroom. I was disappointed with how things were when we arrived. There was broken furniture on the rooftop, decorations that had been removed from the wall, door would not lock, broken glass under one of the beds and one bed had a pretzel in the sheets. We also had an icemaker, tv, and ceiling fan that did not work. All of these things should have been checked out before our arrival. I was disappointed with these things, but overall the place is very nice and we had a great time. When I did reach out to the owners, they were doing everything they could to try and get things fixed (even over 4th of July week). They were unaware of many of the problems. I would stay here again.
