21st Birthday Party

Our family came to spend the weekend for our daughter’s 21st birthday. It was easy to Uber the 5 miles to Broadway to visit the bars and listen to music. The house offered plenty of room for our family to hang out together and get ready to go out on the town. We would definitely stay here again!

Communication great, house has a few maintenance issues but overall very nice. The main issue was the parking situation and intrusive property line created by the neighboring house. They were also out blocking the road with multiple vehicles.

Definitely recommend this property! It's a very charming house with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Alot of space, more than we expected! Great location, some bars within walking distance and downtown is a short drive or Uber ride. Rental process was a breeze and hosts were very accommodating. Again, definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Celebration

We came in to town to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and this property was perfect for our needs. It is in a great neighborhood and so close to downtown. We even enjoyed the little piano bar at the end of the street one night. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Everything was great, nice fenced in yard for the dogs and everything was clean. Quiet residential neighborhood, less than 10 minutes to five points area, if you don’t want the crowds of downtown, which is only about 15-20 minutes away. Spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangements, the loft was perfect. Smooth check in and host responded to questions within minutes. Staying here was a great choice !

They were so awesome

The property is able to host a nice sized group for fun and slept 10 very comfortably. Like the 3 bathrooms. Location was great. They had some issues because of rain but quickly responded and fixed everything. Super nice host that responded to questions and provided a great list of things to do around Nashville.
