This townhouse was wonderful and convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy to get in and out of downtown. Parking was easy when we took the car out, but we also Ubered, and the stadium is an easy walk. There were lots of good restsurants in walking distance too. Our host, Jeffrey, was very responsive and friendly. You should stay here.

Great Nashville spot!

We loved Jeffery’s place. From the checkin to leaving, Jeffery offered so much help! The condo is very close to broadway (1.5 miles) but far enough for some quiet. You can easily get an Uber or scooter downtown. There’s a few good restaurants & coffee spots within walkable distance. The condo was clean, spacious and we loved the rooftop views!

Close to everything

We loved our stay at the condo. It had everything we could possibly need! We had trouble getting into the house but had a response within minutes. I think the battery on the door was dying. We will definitely reach out here again to stay!

Great stay!

The place was perfect and fit all our needs and more! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Location was the best of both worlds - close to downtown (5-10 min) and plenty to do within walking distance (bars, restaurants, gas station, coffee shop). Jeffrey was an amazing host and was flexible with check out times. The kitchen had everything we needed too!We would 100% stay here next time.Already have recommended this place to our friends for their upcoming trip. Thanks so much for everything Jeffrey!!!

Nashville

We had a little glitch checking in but it got resolved and the rest of the stay was great. The owner was great - very helpful and very responsive. The place was beautiful and it was a convenient location. Walkable to Five Points, which is a nice neighborhood in East Nashville with lots of bars and restaurants, and a short Uber to downtown Nashville. The city was a lot of fun. It was a great vacation and I highly recommend the lodging.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect! The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect and it was a short UBER to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again!

Great space/location!

This place was perfect for our group celebrating a milestone birthday! All the bedrooms having their own bathrooms was a bonus, plus two other bathrooms. The rooftop area was nice to watch the sunset. There was a great Asian restaurant just a block away that was amazing, and the donut shop was a a great place to get breakfast. It was a quick Uber ride downtown. Everything was pretty close. We walked around the historic district looking at homes for a nice break. We would stay again.

Awesome Nashville Nest

Place was immaculate! Dishes and utensils all matched and were top-notch. Pots and pans and two oven trays were awesome. Could have used a 9x13 pan or similar. Plenty of nice towels. Host was very helpful and accommodating - we were running low on paper towels and could not find the spare roll (do not know how we missed it - was right under the sink) and host had Amazon send us some more that same day. There are steps - ~16 between floors ~ but doable. LR and Kitchen on first floor, 2 queen BR on second floor, and master king BR with huge bathroom on third floor. Fun rooftop lounge with comfy seats. Could have used 2 more stools in kitchen area so all 6 of us (3 couples) could sit at the breakfast bar to eat. Not the best LR in terms of space for all of us to sit comfortably but we made it work. Walked to/from town one day (we are all in our 60s - relatively easy walk). Mostly quiet neighborhood although on Fri night one of the local bars played some pretty loud and bass-filled music, but it stopped promptly at 2am. Overall, we really enjoyed this location and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect!

Property was accurately described, host could not have been more accommodating. Great location ( walking distance from town if you like to walk!) and great communication with host. We had a blast and were very comfortable there!

Guys trip

Girls weekend

Townhouse was exactly as described and was perfect for our girls weekend. The fact that everyone had a bed and bathroom was great. Enjoyed sitting on the rooftop. Appreciated all of the towels and linens and the provided snacks and refreshments. Owner was very accommodating and townhouse was immaculately clean. Would definitely stay here again

Nashville Stay

This VRBO property was exactly what my group was looking for in Nashville! It was close to everything and had ample parking as we had quite a few guests traveling from all over and in multiple vehicles. Jeff's communication with us was stellar from start to finish. The house was clean, comfortable, and had some great art! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

Great Stay In Nashville

Location is perfect, just a short Uber ride down to Broadway and the fun. Condo was very nice, spacious/clean rooms, nice kitchen and sitting area to hang out in while you wait for everyone to get ready. We enjoyed the rooftop in the mornings for our coffee. We would absolutely stay here again when we come through Nashville.

Girls Trip

We had such a great weekend. The house was perfect. The rooftop had a great view too. It is important to mention there are a lot of stairs. We loved some of the local restaurants near the house and Downtown was just a a quick car ride. Highly recommend the house and area.

Nashville Girls Trip

All good… just a small thing… says sleeps 8 and we had 7. The downstairs pull out couch would have been real tight if we did have 8 adults. This would be our only slight glitch. Otherwise quick Uber rides into Broadway and the small restaurant one block away ( love and exile) has a nice happy hour and good food. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Love Nashville!!
