Travelled to Nashville for a concert and stayed for two nights. Staff was very nice, especially the morning staff that was making breakfast! Room was clean, and just as advertised. Too bad the pool was out of service. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, lots of variety.. Definitely would recommend staying here!

The bad: The pool was not in working order. Although they advertised a pool. I paid for use of all amenities and didn't have access to them. Not to mention no fan in bathroom. The parking lot was dark and pretty sure the time is off a bit. The good: The beds were comfy and breakfast was ok.

Decent property but I expected more on the breakfast options (real eggs, please?!) and the onsite gym should not close by 9PM, at least keep it open until midnight for guests to have workout timing flexibility, we ended up walking around the property but given its "near highway" location, the walk was not the most pleasant. OK for 1 night and then moving on, but would not stay here again.

The property was well kept, no complaints. Clean, friendly employees .. I even left my earbuds and they let me go back and find them. Breakfast was good as well! Would def book again.

Quiet, good breakfast. I liked that the fan could be in continuous mode when unit was in heating or cooling. Front desk staff on check in and out were friendly and accommodating. Great experience.

The hotel was newly build and very nice. The down side was lack of organization by the general manager to assure proper amount of housekeepers were scheduled. Due to that it took 2 hours to check in. There was also lack of cleanings in the lobby restrooms and pool restroom. The pool also did not seem cleaned with proper pool tabs. These small details brought down the value in lack of attentiveness. Overall the stay could have been way more pleasant. And this is the least of the details it was a lot more that was very disappointing. So my likelihood of return would be very slim.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The room had been updated and was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I believe Candace checked me in and was open and eager to assist. Location is convenient and safe, and well-maintained.

Room was clean. The breakfast was great. They didn't advertise the pool was closed so I didn't get to swim which was one of the reasons I booked it for their indoor pool. The gym was good with options and was clean. Would stay there again if the pool was open.

The hotel is clean, what I didn’t like was the fack that it doesn’t have good sound proof. The railroad is just a few feet away but also, you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Besides that, the hotel is alright.

Very Very Nice!

I had read review and it said some silliness about a train. So it’s the trains fault for making so much noise not the hotel. My family was to tired to let something so small stop them from sleeping. I did not hear one complaint. The room clean, comfortable and updated look as I was welcomed at check was fantastic. Breakfast! My family loved it, breakfast staff did a wonderful job. Constance at front desk was amazing, she never complained or looked irritated as I had to make a new reservation and change rooms to stay extra night. I will stay again. Thanks Staff!
