Our stay was just okay. I think the hotel is new and nice in appearance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I had a corner king and my gripe was that I could hear every toilet flush from the room above me, noise from the hallway and everything the room next door was doing (rated R). I woke up one morning very hungry and went down to eat during breakfast hours. I arrived at 9:15am and left at 10:10am without even a water in front of me. I was ignored and then finally had my drink order taken only to be ignored again. I sat there that long understanding that they were short staffed and needed patient customers but after I asked if I was going to be served food since it was after 10am, they told me that it would be over an hour with one chef in the kitchen. Super disappointing and frustrating. I am a hospitality consultant so I have standards in service and letting the customer know ahead of time would have prevented this review. It did not help that I was also very thirsty and hungry. The staff did not handle this appropriately. it was Friday night and I had asked if the area was safe for me to walk alone, being a woman solo. The hotel clerk replied absolutely but I quickly found out that it is not the case with a homeless shelter close by, I was harassed by many on my way to the restaurant I was heading to. I thought the hotel was beautiful if only the service matched, it would have been a nice stay,

The rooms nice clean modern. When greeted by staff upon arrival they said oh your rooms are available. However there is a 50 dollar charge per room to check in early. (Had reserved 3 rooms for 2.nights). There is only Kerig coffee for morning. 3.00 tastes terrible. Breakfast experience was horrible “apologized because short staffed” late check out is 12pm no budging on times not accommodating. Marriott hotels let you check in hours early no charge. Front staff borderline rude not welcoming. They need to be trained on being more hospitable. Only thing good was rooms are nice. Bathroom had hair from previous guest in shower. Would not come back for amount of rooms and money spent.

My friend and I stayed here for a quick girl’s weekend and we had the best time. The hotel is in a great location that is walking distance to a lot of places It was nice and quiet staying at this hotel but still close enough to Broadway and other places we wanted to check out. Spencer at the front desk as great!

The Cambria Nashville Midtown offers a no-frills experience that feels like a Best Western dressier up with lipstick. The property could benefit greatly from a thorough cleaning; notably, the elevator floors were dirty and remained so overnight. Service is sluggish, further exacerbating the stay. The in-house restaurant serves frozen, microwaved meals that even the bartender/ server advises against. To top it off, the room’s television frequently freezes and stops working. Overall, the Cambria Nashville Midtown is a stark reminder that you pay for what you get… in comparison to other area hotels they are much lower priced. Shop around!

Lousy. The people ignored us when we arrived. The door was locked and the front desk lady didn’t even bother to open the doors for us to check in. After waiting for 5-10 minutes, the only reason I got in was because an angry customer came out complaining about her valet parking. The valet parking guy ignored me when I tried giving my keys to him. Just plain terrible and it’s in an unsafe area in my opinion.

My experience was very nice. Upon checking in I was with warm smiles from the from desk attendants. They made it an easy check in process, the room was great with nice views. I give the property a 9.5 on because I’m not a fan of the valet parking.
