Perfect location with access to shopping and dining. Vibrant neighborhood. Only issue was the noise from upstairs, which is not the fault of this property owner! Regardless, we will stay here again!!!

Getaway Away

As much fun as Nashville can be, staying in 12 South is that perfect little spot without the hustle of the downtown area. Within reach to shopping, dining, boutiques and fun - and a simple Uber or Lyft from anywhere you want to go. Be prepared for stairs, there is a flight or two of stairs to get to your door. Clean and nice.

1st Anniversary Get Away

Our stay was magnificent. With one exception. The restaurant ran a compressor outside until 1am after denying that the compressor belonged to them. That would be the only exception. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.
