Easy directions to park and access the property. Scarlett was quick to answer when I called about accessing the unit. AC was already on, much appreciated after a long day in the car. And they even left a light on for us! We were right in the heart of 12 South, and never had to drive to entertain ourselves! The washer onsite was a plus too. We did our laundry before we packed. Perfect spot with great hosts, we'd definitely stay here again!

Everything from the booking through the checkout was excellent!! 12 South is a great centralized location with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The space was large and clean and comfortable. It was also pretty quiet, even being right above a restaurant.

We loved our stay at Minutes to Downtown Nashville 12 South. The location is perfect to get to so many fun places in Nashville. I loved being in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Our apartment was very clean and darling . Loved the balcony and view from the unit. Can't wait to return.
