Was supposed to stay here with 2 friends, ended up being just me. The property was clean and conveniently located. Parking was easily accessible and the host made checkout process easy. No issues, would recommend!

The studio apartment was prefect for our weekend trip. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower was probably my favorite part. Quick ride to Broadway. Amazing restaurant a block away if you don’t want to drive.

I'm originally from Nashville and this location was perfectly situated in "new" Nashville. I was able to get around and avoid the horrible traffic of Nashville very easily. Parking was great. The apartment was clean and I had zero issues at all! Will definitely look into this location for future visits!

The walk-in shower is so nice. Everything was neat and clean and having the full size washer/dryer was appreciated. The only thing I thought would be nice to add is blackout curtains. We really enjoyed our stay.

So this location did not end up being the location we stayed at. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was appreciated. However when we arrived it just felt very humid in the apartment. We followed all instruction given on how to operate the a/c still had no luck. Contacted the host. Host was very responsive said they contacted the a/c company and they will be out on the next available. Asked when their next available was got no response. Let them know that our bedding felt wet from the humidity and response was so sorry very frustrating. Maybe tomorrow the a/c will caught up because it will be cooler. Never happened. Unfortunately, it was very miserable sleeping had to get up and take cold showers just to cool off. Maybe they will fix the a/c

The condo was nice and clean. The bed is firm. The bathroom is spacious. The location is in an up & coming area with a lot of construction. I would not consider it a safe area to walk. 2 sets of train tracks plus a fire house nearby, not quiet. Plus you hear all the foot steps in the unit above! The biggest problem I had is the parking! We rented here because it stated parking included in a secured lot. When we received the check in info, it stated use spot 16 but if someone is in it to use any other non reserved spot or street parking. If parking is included, why would someone be in it? Well, the space was taken the entire weekend and the lot only had 1 other non reserved space which was also taken. That left street parking and like I mentioned, it was not a great neighborhood. This was false advertisement! I would not have rented if I knew the secured parking was only a possibility.

Weekend getaway from Florida. Price was good but If interested in going to Broadway, take an Uber. Nicely decorated and well appointed.
