The space was really cute, and it fit our party of six perfectly. We loved the location, which was walkable to Broadway and convenient to other locations in downtown Nashville as well. The check-in and check-out processes were easy to navigate. Although we were staying multiple days, please note that the rental did not come stocked with enough coffee for multiple days— there were a couple of coffee pods and one pack of coffee grounds, and no creamer or sugar. There is a coffee shop about a block away that opens at 7am, so we recommend that you bring your own coffee if you stay here, or plan to go out for coffee in the morning.

Amazing home to enjoy Nashville

We were a group of 2 best friends and our 4 daughters aged 8-16, enjoying a Nashville girls weekend. Funky Town was the.best.place we could have possibly found. It is just as cute and CLEAN and adorable as the photos show. The communication with the host was outstanding, they answered every inquiry within minutes. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to do including an amazing concert at the Ryman. It was close enough to everything but also felt like we were removed from the chaos. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Road Trip to Nashville

Overall a lovely property perfect for four persons in a great location to Broadway (15 mins walk). Good facilities with secure parking. The only issue we had was the water pressure on the showers was a little low.

This was a great location; easy to get to many attractions. We loved having the room to spread out with our adult children for board games and just lounging. Communicating with the host was quick and efficient.

Nice place

Easy walk to Broadway. Felt good to have the car parked in the gated lot. Place was very comfortable and stylish. Definitely recommend. Check in super clear and easy. Check out procedure not fully clear.

Great condo-good location

The condo was clean and in a good location if you plan on walking to Broadway. Management responded quickly to any questions we had. Only about a 10 minute walk. It has a pull out sofa bed on the 1st floor with a half bath which made it very nice for an extra guest that is not sharing one of the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!!

Sisters' Vacation

Great location for many of Nashville's hot spots. Very cute rental. Very clean and comfortable. Maybe needs a few more essentials for cooking/serving meals. Overall, though, it was just as expected.

A colorful time in Nashville

The condo was perfect and suited the atmosphere and the fun we had in Nashville. Parking was great and the ease of getting to and from Broadway was amazing. Loved it and have already recommended it to friends!

We stayed at Funky Town - Walk to Broadway (on Middleton) in Nashville last weekend and had a great stay. The accommodations were very clean and exactly as pictured, check-in was easy and customer support was very responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything we needed for a short stay was provided. The location was perfect... close to SoBro restaurants/bars (with great food/drinks literally right around the corner), less than a 15-minute walk to Broadway honkytonks, and a short Uber ride to Eash Nashville and fun spots. We would definitely stay here again!

Funky Town Walk to Broadway

It’s always great to have an accurate description with no surprises. The walk to Broadway was easy and safe even at night. Funky Town has restaurants and bars off Broadway that are very close. The location and size was perfect for my family of four.

Great location! Walk to everything downtown and near the unit! Slight issue getting in to the unit, but, excellent immediately helped via phone, only took a few minutes to resolve! Everything else was perfect!

Great Location

It was so nice to be able to just park the car in a gated area for a couple of days as it was a short walking distance to Broadway and the Nissan Stadium. The home is fun and colourfully decorated, as shown in the pictures. There was plenty of room for two couples. It was nice to have our own bathrooms. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely consider staying here again.

Family Fun!

This place was very clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was at our fingertips! Enjoyed being close to the downtown area! We walked to Music Row and the museums. It was cold, but not too far to get to prime locations downtown! The response time for communication regarding checking in and out was very quick and thorough. Thanks for hosting an amazing stay to celebrate my birthday with my family in Nashville! We will be back ❤️
