Summary:
This is a simple place to stay with a fantastic view just outside your door. The garage has been renovated into a detached guest room, complete with a full bathroom. You also have access to the yard for your pets. Please note that the bed will not be made upon your arrival, but linens will be provided, and the couch will be set up. The main area is 126 square feet (14x9)
Note: The WiFi signal is weak indoors, and you may need to be outside for it to work properly.
Second guest is welcome, but please bring your own bedding.
The Space:
I will accept you if you have a pet. Though I do have a high extra pet cleaning fee. I feel like it is better for me to at least give people with a pet with an option even though there is a higher pet fee then most people. ($250)
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

ID and Verification:
To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy:
2 pets are allowed on the property.
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay applies.

Sleeping Capacity:
Maximum capacity: 2 guests
All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Standard Check-In: 3 PM Central
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM Central are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Central
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
