Work trip with 5 coworkers, plenty of space the home was amazing! One of the prettiest homes I’ve stayed in! Wish we could have stayed all week! Fire pit was great! Kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to spend quality time together in between training. Cute town perfect for getaway of any kind! Thank you! We will definitely be back!!!

6 adults and a toddler were very comfortable in this home. The space is well thought out and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. It was wonderful having an attached bathroom in each room, and king beds! Highly recommend this home for a secluded getaway.

This house is huge and beautiful. There are so many areas to sit quietly or join in a big group. This home is secluded and equipped for lots of activities, games, fire pit, corn hole and more. The hosts are gracious and always available. The communication is great and the checkout is so easy. This home is immaculate.

Awesome rental with all of the comforts of home. The home is beautifully decorated and has lots of room for a large group. I highly recommend this rental property if you are visiting the Franklin/Brentwood/Leipers Fork area.

We just love the lyric! If we had a wonderful comfortable stay once again! The beds are super comfortable, and everyone was cozy! We do a lot of cooking when we are there and there is always the right tools for that whether you’re barbecuing or just cooking in the kitchen We will definitely be coming back!!

While nearly every house we stay at on VRBO is nice (they should be for $500-$1000/night, what really set this stay apart was the responsiveness of Megan the property manager. If we had questions - she had answers, and fast! Great stay, great people.

We chose lyric as we were going to a concert at the amazing outdoor amphitheater near by. Lyric is a very special retreat, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. We so enjoyed our experience!

What a great time we three couples had each with our own room with king sized beds and complete bathroom. The decor was unique and the home was fully stocked with all amenities needed. Received frequent correspondence from the owner to make sure that all was well. Would highly recommend a stay... truly enjoyable.

The house is great, very very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and bedding were amazing. The house setting is so peaceful and quiet and the rocking chairs on the back deck are GREAT. We didn’t use the fire pit but it looks awesome too. Just an all around great property.
