The private upper deck overlooks a calm stretch of shoreline near Sunset Island — perfect for slow mornings with coffee, quiet afternoons with a book, or relaxed evening meals as the light settles over the water.

Just 57 easy steps lead down to the shoreline, where you can kayak, fish from the shoreline or near the dock area, or simply enjoy the lake with easy access to the main channel nearby.

Wildlife is part of the experience here — deer often graze through the yard, turtles sun along the water’s edge, and geese wander through the area daily.

If you’re in the mood for something a little more active, lawn games and open space make it easy to spend time outside without ever leaving the property.

Important Information Before Booking

• Maximum 2 guests
• Primary renter must be 23+
• Photo ID and signed rental agreement required within 48 hours
• No parties, events, or third-party bookings
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Exterior cameras monitor driveway and outdoor areas
• $200 security hold required 2 days before arrival (not a charge; released within 5 days after departure if no issues)
• The primary guest is responsible for any damage, missing items, or additional cleaning during the stay
• Dogs allowed with prior approval and fee. Please message before booking.
• Use of lake, kayaks, and sauna is at your own risk. Life jackets required near the water.
• Failure to follow house policies may result in cancellation of the reservation.
