We arrived to the unit being unlocked. We were unable to use the app to enter. The unit smelled, the walls were dirty and the floors were dirty. The furnace filter was so filthy, we went and purchased a new one so we weren’t breathing the dirty air. The main TV in the living space had no volume. There is a lot of road noise and both Friday and Saturday nights lots of sirens from the main street. The security gate to enter The property stayed open the entire time, leaving the community feeling less secure.
