Perfect Overnight Stay

We stayed for just one night as we flew into BNA before heading to our cabin in East TN…..the condo was perfect! Comfy beds, great location, super clean and Jen’s communication was superb. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Spacious condo

The condo was spacious with a large deck and in a secure building. Wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities. I was a little worried about the train noise, but it honestly wasn’t bad at all. Bonus: there’s a nice bar with a great rooftop patio right across the street!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Gulch! Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. From Broadway to local eateries, everything was convenient and within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!

Spacious condo - walk downtown

Two of us stayed here for a friends trip for two nights. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos and in a new building. It’s also right next door to Jack White’s record store. Beds were super comfortable and everything is clean and new.

Fantastic Condo

We loved our stay at this property. The host was very responsive before and during our visit. The building is very safe and secure and easy walking distance from Broadway and much more. My only regret is not having more time to just enjoy the condo as we were out a lot!! Know that you will hear the trains at night but the sound machines help a lot. The king bed is a lot firmer than I would personally prefer but that was ok for us for just a couple of nights.

Not a great place to walk. 2 homeless shelters same block. Condo supper safe just dont walk to Broadway .We walked to Biscuit Love and the Pub a few times and both times Sketchy
