Stayed at the Motif for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom suite. The accommodations were clean overall...and if we needed additional supplies they were provided quickly. The coffee bar had limited hours and was closed unexpectedly for a few days due to illness. All of the staff were pleasant however SAMANTHA at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL! She was efficient, extremely helpful, engaging and such an absolute pleasure. She genuinely seemed to enjoy her job and was exceptional at it. Huge shout out to her! If im ever back in Nashville I'd definitely stay here again!!!

My stay at Motif Hotel Nashville felt like a mix of luxury and a reality show called “Who’s on Shift Today?” Let’s start with the wins: the property is beautiful (5 STARS). The two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup is perfect for couples or small groups, and everything was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service? Top tier. Both drivers were friendly, professional, and easily the highlight of the stay. Now to the front desk… I interacted with five agents, and no two gave the same experience. Haley was the standout—truly exceptional and the kind of employee every hotel needs. If the whole team operated like her, this would be a 5-star review. But the rest? A bit of a rollercoaster. A housekeeper walked into our room without knocking—awkward, but we let it slide. The real issue was the inconsistency. The night auditor answered questions without even checking my reservation, and billing felt like a guessing game. One agent said one card would be charged, another said my sister’s card was authorized $1,200, and another said it was already charged. Changing the card on file turned into a repeated conversation. The hotel has great bones and standout staff, but the inconsistent service reflects a leadership gap. With better alignment, this place could truly shine.

Everything was great! The only complaint i have is that the brand of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash wasnt great. And the duvet didnt have an actual cover, there was just a sheet underneath and a sheet on top. Other than that, the staff was lovely and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and very helpful! The rooms, lobby, and pool were clean. We had a couple minor items to be fixed and we were notified by text when they were fixed, very timely. We were able to stay in the pool area past the designated closing time. (THANK YOU!) Coffee shop was great! And, the WOOSH shuttle to downtown was prompt and appreciated! We (6 military sisters and niece) were very happy with our stay!

We stayed in the biggest room in the building and it was very nice, with everything you could ask for including laundry and a fully restocked kitchen. My only gripe was a valet. It's not a large building and self parking is actually possible and fairly convenient but to get your car out, they force you to use an app on your phone in which you are forced to add your personal and credit card data which I hate doing. I told them this but they gave me no option to just bill it to the room or pay cash like any normal valet.

Clean, quiet, organized. Kitchen was very well equipped. Good coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The fitness center was decently outfitted, and was not overstuffed with equipment, and very spacious. I did not use the pool, but it looked very pleasant.

Upon first arriving the lightd in my bathroom didn't work, toilet seat was cracked and the toilet paper hanger was, well...hanging. pool is only 3 ft deep. Not the worst place ive stayed but not the best.
