It was a beautiful property! The home was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of stairs, but it meant for somewhat separate living spaces which was nice for our large group. The location was terrific! We were able to walk to awesome coffee in the morning, shopping on 12South, as well as through Belmont and Vanderbilt. Our host was very gracious and communicative. I'd love to stay again!

Nashville Trip

A great home base for exploring Nashville with my sister and her kids (20, 16, 12) who flew in from the PNW. The house was very well appointed and so convenient. Jen was great and easy to communicate with. A perfect VRBO experience. I’ll be saving this location to use in the future.

This is a clean, very modern and airy space. It is nicely appointed, and everything works.It is conveniently located but a little tricky to find the driveway (it has no signage).The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.The garage fits two cars with some space to spare.The fourth floor patio was a very nice amenity and is perfect for conversations and nightcaps.

Nashville Gem

Fantastic spot to stay at with friends/family when visiting Nashville! Ease of garage access and parking was a huge bonus. Big place for large groups with variety sleeping arrangements! Clean and modern just minutes away from the Broadway. The host Jen was very attentive and helpful getting us checked in early and assuring our stay was going well. Great stay without a doubt!

Totally perfect!

We were a group of 7 adults, cousins and friends. It was a great place to hang out as a group or find a secluded area for a bit of privacy. Plenty of space. It’s just a short drive to just about anywhere you want to go. Most of us flew, but one couple drove and had a wonderful garage to park in, right outside their bedroom door. Would love to come again! Genevieve was a great, communicative host!! Thanks so much!!

40 Girls Trip

Three of us stayed for a friends/child-free getaway. We had a lovely time at the home! We spent lots of time outside exploring Nashville and lots of time in the house relaxing!! It was a great spot for easy Uber rides and food delivery. The home is very easy to access and is a quick drive most places even in Nashville traffic!! We didn't walk to 12 South much because the uphill hike seemed like way too much work in the heat/humidity that was our 3 day stay in Nashville! We had a lovely time and appreciated the ease of communication with the owner during our stay.
