Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No smoking allowed (including vaping) anywhere on property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $500, an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
Be sure to leave the key fob in the home before departing. A $100 replacement fee applies to fobs that are lost or not returned after use.
Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250, and you will be asked to leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
