Whether you're vacationing with family, going on a getaway with friends, or wanting to host a special event - the Broken Arrow comes well-prepared! The moment you pull up, you'll be greeted by a large, custom-made, Montana-style entry gate with a hand-carved sign by a cowboy that reads "Broken Arrow," and is lit up at night.

Located on 11 acres of land, this property features a large three-stall barn for your horses with four corrals. The four pastures are one acre, two acres, three-and-a-half acres, and five acres, providing plenty of room for your horses to roam. This spacious property is close to horse riding paths and offers the perfect, private retreat. There is even a stocked pond with fish and a fountain! Bring your pets, as the home is dog-friendly, and there is a spacious enclosed area in the backyard with wire to keep your pets secure.

Inside, every room is drenched in natural light and showcases comfortable furnishings. The spacious living room is a place of pure peace with its ample seating and large TV. The adjacent full kitchen positively gleams with its suite of stainless steel appliances and sprawling countertops. Dining will come naturally at the breakfast bar or under the grand chandelier at the formal dining table.

This home is located just outside of the quaint town of Lieper's Fork where the famous Fox and Locke restaurant is located, and where live music came to the grocery in 2002, attracting songwriters, artists, and visitors from around the world. Head out to Fox and Locke to enjoy the well-known Thursday Open Mic Night. Close to downtown Franklin, Franklin's historic Main Street features dozens of unique shops, galleries, cafes, and eateries. This home's location offers a great opportunity to experience all that Franklin and Lieper's Fork have to offer. When you'd rather be outside and enjoying Tennessee's radiant weather, head for Bowie Nature Park (3.7 miles away) or Timberland Park (14.8 miles away).

With four bedrooms (one being a loft), there is more than enough room for everyone. Chic and lovely, the bedrooms all have high-quality linens, rustic/boho decorations, and central air-conditioning. When extra space is needed, the family room is the perfect spot to head for. Here, an additional large TV and seating await the kid's morning weekend cartoons and late-night movie viewings. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's stellar perks.

Outside, enjoy the firepit or watch the sunset fall over the countryside from one of the home's wraparound porches while the furry members of your family stretch their legs in the enclosed yard.

There are two RV hook-ups available for guest use, as well as as well (220 amp and 110 amp).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
