Perfect location. Clean, spacious apartment. A few minor complaints. Definitely noisy late at night being so close to broadway. Didn’t bother us, but if you need total quiet to sleep you’re in trouble. No onsite parking — there’s a ramp a block away for 42 bucks a day. And the large windows facing the street were pretty dirty on the outside. Oh… the pullout bed is NOT comfortable. I just slept on the couch part. Overall excellent spot for a Nashville weekend. Definitely would stay there again.

Great place right near Broadway

Great location and great place that is just steps away from Broadway. The VRBO was very clean, stocked with anything you may need and they were very responsive. Highly recommend!

I would have liked there to be a booklet with the units information listed in it, things like Wi-Fi info which we never found , check out process including where to put the trash. We never did find out what to do with it. And with the bedrooms being right on 2nd Ave with very large windows it was pretty noisy until the bars closed, probably should have used noise dampening windows.
