Great location for Nashville stay!!

The house layout, with the big bedrooms and bathrooms, was perfect for our 2 couples. We had a great time in Nashville and the house was so good to come home to and relax.

Property was great, minutes away from downtown neighborhood was quite. Communication with Property manager was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was that there was only 1 TV in the house, the bedrooms had no TVs of there ownOnly complaint was sonly 1only

Nashville Family trip

The house is set-up perfectly for large groups. The bedrooms are huge and private. Downtown Broadway street is 8 - 10 minute drive or a $17 - $20 Uber ride. Perfect location on a quiet street to relax after a day of experiencing the high energy of the city.

Awesome house

The house was wonderful even better then the photos! The neighborhood wasn’t great but we never felt unsafe. Check in was easy and property manager was great to work with!

Cleaning this was the only concern other than that everything was perfect. It was a lot of stuff that was not tested the dust under beds ceiling top refrigerator everything.

Birthday weekend

We went to Nashville for my sister and niece’s birthday. The house was great and the perfect set up for all of us! It was a little further from downtown than I expected but it was easy to get an uber to and from anywhere we wanted to go within minutes! Management was great to deal with and overall we had a great experience.

We were very satisfied with the home, beautifully remodeled interior and spacious sleeping accommodations.The home is located in an older neighborhood but we didn't experience any issues.

We loved this house. It was gorgeous inside with a total remodel. Neighborhood is old, home across the street had bars and graffiti on the businesses. Although, the neighborhood was quiet.

Big house with a lot of sleeping space! You could seriously fit an extended family in here. Big comfy couch. Nice kitchen to cook in. Do not walk around at night- it is definitely not the best neighborhood. The street the house was on felt safe but the surrounding areas did not. Host was great and responsive to questions! Nashville was fun!!

Clean, comfy and quiet!

This property is amazing! It is bright and so clean! We were about 10 minutes from Nashville in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't find the grill brush and one was delivered the next day! We couldn't find kitchen towels and needed batteries for the TV...delivered in person! We highly recommend staying here!!
