  • 5 Star Captain's Quarters is a spacious, newly-converted separate studio that is fully furnished and only 6 blocks from the heart of Downtown Franklin. The studio sits behind our original family home - Stone Oaks - that was built in 1919.

    You'll enjoy a truly comfortable night's sleep in our brand new king-size bed as well as other amenities such as a smart TV, a fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or a Mr Coffee drip, brand new tiled bathroom, walk in closet, and so much more.

    The private setting and drive offers ample room to enjoy the outdoors with the assurance of quiet and comfort should you choose to stay in and relax away the day.

Here’s the review for VBRO:We found Captain’s Quarters to be the perfect place to stay when visiting Franklin, TN. It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just a short walk into town, or just a few minutes by car - many excellent restaurants, interesting shops and historic sites close by, with Captain’s Quarters being a terrific place to rest up and relax. The cottage has everything you want, and it’s spacious but with a cosy feel - so much better than a hotel room. It’s now our go-to place when visiting the Franklin area.

We want to come back here when we have more time. Like for a weekend, to take up more of the sights and sounds of Franklin area. This place is very accommodating with everything you need , and decorating is perfect for calm setting!!!Reminds us of true home away from home experience.

This is the best place to be. Great big yard with magnificant outdoor sitting spaces and the biggest trees in town. Plenty of parking and quiet neighbors. A quick walk gets you to downtown. The hosts are on site and will do anything to help you best enjoy your stay here. I love it here.

The property is in a beautiful and quiet location. 5 minute drive to downtown. Damon and Matt were superstars. They even provided us with umbrellas when we realized we forgot ours.The bed was so comfortable and the amenities, such as banana bread and fluffy thick towels are unparalleled. I’ll be back to meet Rosa that cat!

Great stay! The property was as advertised, clean, cute and comfortable. Met all of our needs. The host was great. We walked to historic downtown both nights we were there (less than 1 mile). Fanklin has so much to offer, we plan to go back again. Thank you.
