We enjoyed our stay in Franklin! Such a lovely little cottage that was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very gracious and kind….even left banana bread for us to enjoy. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay exceeded our every expectation! The cottage was attractive and well supplied for our needs and comfort. Our host were warm and friendly. Property was exactly as described on-line. It was very clean, well-organized and comfortable. The property and neighborhood in Historic Franklin was beautiful - drawing you to sit out on the lawn or take a nice walk on the sidewalks. There was a variety of good restaurants and shops nearby and the large free parking garage made being in town very handy. Loved the delicious banana bread provided by our hosts!

We came to see our son and family and our little home was a delightful bonus. Just perfect for our needs and close to the baseball field for the four games we attended. We would live to stay here again.

Perfect rental

The house was the perfect size for 2 people. The yard and fire pit were amazing. Franklin was a beautiful town. We were close to everything. If the weather would have cooperated everything would have been perfect

Great Little Place

I was able to leave my car parked for the weekend and walk to the event in the little downtown area. Cute little cottage, with everything I needed. Mark is just the nicest man, and I hope to meet his wife when I return to explore more of the area. somtharea.

Franklin getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay. Captain's Quarters was a lovely place! Norman, our golden, had a fabulous time walking the neighborhood while taking in the beautiful sites. Mark is truly his new best friend! Would love to return. Thank you for your hospitality!
