I had a good stay for 3 days and everything was up to standard, the manager Melinda was very accommodating and professional,overall it was a nice stay!

The check-in process was great and very simple. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment whilst we were there, which was a shame as we has heard that it was good and had wanted to eat there. We also had an issue the morning of our departure, the code we had received didn't let us back in to our room after we came back from breakfast, with all our clothes and luggage trapped! It took a while to get a hold of someone on the phone to reset it, delaying our departure and causing much frustration. The quality of the room and the location made up for these minor problems, but it was a shame to have any problems slightly upset our stay.

My fiance and I stayed here for one night during a long weekend roadtrip from Chicago, and we absolutely loved it - we wish we could've stayed longer! The hotel itself is very small, only 4-5 rooms, and no front desk, which made it feel very exclusive. You're emailed a code to the hotel prior to arrival to use on the entrance doors and your hotel room, which made it super simple. The rooms themselves are beautiful and trendy, quiet, and extremely comfortable. We had to force ourselves to go out, otherwise we could have lounged in our room all day! The rooms include a coffee maker, Malin and Goetz (amazing!) products, mini-fridge, desk, tv, bathrobes, etc., and our stay included 2 free drinks at the hotel's restaurant/bar. The restaurant/bar is small but very nice and felt again, very trendy. We didn't eat there, but the food looked amazing. There's a small sitting area in the hotel, as well as a small coffee/tea bar with everything you might need (in addition to the coffee in your room), as well as a work station with printer in case you need it. The location seems great, too. We didn't have a ton of time to explore, but it seemed like there was a lot to do and a lot offered right outside the front door of the hotel. It's not too far from Broadway, either - we walked it, and it was a nice way to see even more of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel, and know we'll definitely be back next time we're in Nashville!

Great experience, loved the "hands off" approach. Had an amazing dinner with exceptional service at the restaurant. Everything in the room was top notch, especially the shower and the coffee maker. Can't wait to stay there again!

This is my favorite hotel in Nashville!! Perfect location with lots of shopping and fun pubs close. Also just a quick uber or taxi ride to Broadway. Room was super comfortable with a huge shower. We also enjoyed relaxing in the common area with our friends before we went out for the evening. The only downside was the tiny parking area. We have an SUV and the first night we had to park in the restaurant lot because we couldn't maneuver our car to fit. Overall, a great hotel and I highly recommend it!!
