Great location!

My group of friends and I thought this was a great location! Close enough to broadway that Ubers are only around 10 but feels very safe. Also the beds are VERY comfortable!

This place was exactly as described! Great communication with owner and easy access to details! Great location for Vandy, hospital, Nashville scene! House was spacious and the surround neighborhood felt safe. We arrived at night and in bad weather and found the house easily!

Fun in Nashville

This house is in a great location, and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved having the nice Yamaha piano to play, and there is plenty of space for hanging out. We had a few minor hiccups but we resolved them quickly with the host and I’m certain they will have those fully resolved for the next guests. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

We were in town for family and friends weekend at Vanderbilt. After a five hour flight delay we finally arrived to this beautiful home. It had all the comforts of home and they even surprised us with warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. A much appreciated gesture after a really long day! We were only two people, but it can definitely accommodate a much larger group comfortably. And you can’t beat the location! Literally across the street from Vanderbilt. We would definitely recommend this property.

Loved this house & the service!

My husband and I stayed at this house with our 6 year old son and my mother. It was a great size for the 4 of us and we were commenting that we would book this house even if we had a few more people. It was great to have so many spacious bedrooms. My son also loved being walking distance to the local playground & park! The host was super responsive to my questions, I am not tech savvy and needed help with some of the TVs but they answered me very quickly and were really helpful.

Wonderful home in a great location

We loved the location of this home. We were able to walk many places to explore, have coffee, meals, late night ice cream. There is a fabulous park for kiddos very close to the house. Easy access to get to the highway in whichever direction we were headed for the days adventure. The house was clean, beds comfortable, decor simple but nice. We were appreciative at the grill out back for the evening we cooked in. It was helpful to have the option to add a pack and play and highchair to the home. There was a mixup, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and dealt with it immediately. Most notable with this vacation rental was the graciousness of the hosts and the clear communication throughout the entire process, including adding a couple of last-minute guests to our stay for our final evening. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Family Reunion

This home was wonderful for a small family get together. The piano and guitar were really cool features that added to the experience. Beds were comfy and the back porch was a great little spot for morning coffee.

Girls Weekend

My two sisters and I stayed here with our three adult daughters for a long girls’ weekend. It was a perfect fit for our group. Very clean and well stocked with needed items. Having the covered parking in the back was also appreciated. Great location too!

Great Place- great location

We really enjoyed staying at this house. Extremely comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, very clean. We stayed with for adults and 3 kids. Everyone had their own space. Property manager was very attentive. We received the most delicious cookies upon check in. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for Vandy Family Visit

We stayed in this home last year to visit my daughter who attends Vanderbilt (apparently my original review never went through). The location is perfect. We walked everywhere, including the grocery store, and we always felt safe. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and a well appointed kitchen. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We hope to stay there again very soon.

Perfect for Girls Weekend in Nashville

Great Property for a family

Great location in quiet neighbor that was still close to everything. Property was well-equipped. Brought many things that I had missed on other trips to different rental properties. Kitchen was well equipped and already had everything I brought. Amazingly they even had a garlic press! Had I read the email from the owners the week before about what the kitchen/unit already had I wouldn't have brought anything. Only challenge I had was when I couldn't get the TV to work with Hulu -- completely operator error on my part. Email to owners was quickly answered with the solution. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Really nice having the screened-in porch. Would stay here again if in the area,

Highly recommend! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood yet only 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Felt like our home away from home. Well stocked and we didn’t want for anything. Excellent communication from owners and all inquiries were replied to immediately. We will re book here if our family vacations in Nashville again!

Location!

Very nice rental home with walkable entertainment near the university area. We enjoyed brunch at Biscuit Love and had dinner at Double Dogs. All within walking. Short and cheap Uber drive to downtown. The house itself is everything you need. Clean and large with TVs in all rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect house and location to visit Nashville.

Perfect Location in Nashville.

Beautiful home that really is in walking distance (even for those slowed by age or injury) to Vanderbilt. Love the open floor plan. Nice kitchen with tons of dishes, pans, cutlery etc for cooking. The grill is showing it's age, but it worked fine and there was a fresh tank of propane waiting for us. Love Nashville and her people!
