Overall good

The space itself was very roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms were not clean and the master shower tile has significant amount of black and brown (hard water) mold on it. As far as the location, it is about a 10 minute drive to downtown. I would not stay there with small children as a train comes by and uses its horns every few hours even in the middle of the night.

Very Dirty

The place was extremely dirty from top to bottom. One of the tv’s didn’t work, the ice maker didn’t work, there was a pair of men’s underwear left in one of the bedrooms, shower curtain was moldy, and there was mud splattered on the stairs and walls.
