Host was very welcoming! Had trouble with the key pad, code was good but it was finicky or maybe it was just us…. We had another couple with us too. Also, seemed to be warm upstairs at night and the air temp control didn’t work too great. Otherwise we had what we needed.

Nashville Historical Visit

I was disappointed in the cleanliness after reading previous reviews saying how clean this unit supposed to be. We stayed 8 nights with 4 adults and there were only 4 wash cloths. We ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. All bathrooms were down to a small roll when we left. You could hear the neighbors go up and down the wood stairs at 2 am. Walls are thin,you can hear neighbors come and go. The TV options are less than desirable because the WiFi performance is low and does offer Prime and Ruko but nothing else that is mentioned in the description like Netflix. The outdoor lounge chair is dirty and covered in moss. The blinds are full of dust and the floor and rugs are dirty. Basic is a good description of the kitchen supplies. Very few glasses, no wine glasses but a ridiculous amount of coffee cups. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher soap so you wash dishes by hand while on vacation. I expected more for what we paid to stay there. I would not recommend.

Unit was cozy and comfortable for 6 adults. Great location that provides easy travel to both Broadway and the Oprey. Would stay here again.

Misleading re beds and stairs

The listing should advertise only 3 beds and be specific about needing to use a queen air mattress in the living area. Also, the bed in the room entering from the garage is a double/full size. There are 12 steps up to the living area with two step landings between and another 12 steps up to the 3rd floor to the 2 queen bedrooms and 2 baths. The steps should have been emphasized in the listing as we had two 79 year olds, one with knee problems who could not easily access even the living/kitchen area. The East Nashville location was close to all we wanted to see and out of the busiest downtown area. Parking in downtown Nashville was hard to find and very expensive (48 for 4 hours). We used Uber/Lyft and had good experience with prices and timeliness.

Great 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom condo, clean, everything you need they have there. 10 minute or less Uber drive. Shelby is great communicator and answer messages quickly. Definitely will be booking this place again. Highly recommend.

Great Accommodations for adults

Property is really nice. Two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There are quite a few stairs which we were fine with but may not work for everyone. Plenty of room we had our grown children with us, so 5 adults and we all had our own bathrooms. The only noise was a train as the house is well insulted enjoyed the stay would come back to this property.

Beautiful condo! Not actually 4 beds. One is air mattress.

This apartment is very nice. The host is extremely responsive. The check/in our process was great. Somethings to consider when renting this place because it's not on the listing details. It is not actually 4 beds as listed. One is an AIR MATTRESS. We booked this because we thought it has 4 bds. Also. We kind of expected to go into our 8 day stay with some amenities fully stocked and it wasn't. We had enough ground for one pot of coffee and an almost empty papaer towel roll. Right from the beginning we had to buy more stuff, which we expected to do a few days in,not right away. The hostess was nice and good at explaining things. Also a couple things were broken but she said they were getting replaced. Overall, I would stay again knowing what I know now and being prepared for it next time.

4 nights in Nashville

A family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s record release, and east Nashville was a great and convenient location. We are all 65+ so we found the stairs to be a bit of a challenge. Shelby, the property manager was great to deal with and very responsive to our needs. A couple comments which may help others going forward; one of the upstairs bathrooms floor was covered with dirt/sand and required sweeping (note to housekeeper), we could have used more hand towels and wash cloths ( the downstairs bath had no wash cloths), and if you are a light sleeper be warned to bring earplugs as the train traffic and noise continues throughout the night. This is an excellent location as far as access to town and area sites and attractions.

Wonderful stay!

Such a great stay at this property! First off, the location was perfection. 10 mins to downtown and a short drive to any food or coffee we could want. We booked for 6 people and all stayed comfortably. The bathrooms were large and well stocked, there was plenty of storage space to hang clothes. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The host was extremely responsive and even texted back within the hour when I had a question. This place does have 2 full sets of stairs (traditional townhome) so if you have accessibility needs, I wouldn’t say this is the best place for you, but other than that I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Nashville.
