Awesome location. Close to all the advantages of being in the Gulch. Our only issue was with the A/C. When it kicks on, it will wake up everyone. So, we turned it off.

Perfect for the Girls Trip

Gorgeous Nashville Loft

Well maintained and attractive condo. Close to many restaurants and bars with a cute gourmet grocery store right across the street. Easy to communicate with owner and were able to take advantage of lockers on first floor for suitcases while we took in more activities pre-flight. Kitchen well stocked including coffee - thanks!

The loft was just as it was described. Pretty view overlooking the Gulch. Nice and easy to get all the check-in info. Couldn't have ask for a better place to stay for the weekend.

Great Place to Stay - a couple of suggestons

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend to anyone traveling to Nashville. Two suggestions: change a couple of the wall receptacles to thoes that have USB ports. Put a small sign in the unit telling about coffee and breakfast at the Turnip ??? Such a short walk. Excellent service and food for breakfast.

The property is located in a cute neighborhood of the Gulch. Easy walking distance to Broadway or a Uber ride away. The loft was perfect for my family of 4. The host was very responsive to communication. I would recommend and stay here again.

What a great stay. The property was very well kept and very clean. We parked at the Icon parking garage which is a short walk away. We walked everywhere. The downtown bars are about a 15 minute walk but never once did we feel unsafe. So many options nearby. Highly recommend staying here!!

The loft was large and sunny and had all needed amenities. The location on the map was different than the actual apartment, but that was the fault of VRBO and not the host. The loft was perfect! It was exactly what the listing described - right in the heart of the Gulch. A good hike to Broadway, but definitely walkable. Clean, spacious and safe. The host communication was timely and clear. I would highly recommend for your next trip to Nashville.

Only two things kept us from reading it a five. First, the tub felt like you were gonna fall through the floor and likely need to repair as it was not installed properly. Second, the air conditioning coming on in the middle of the night sounded like a freight train and would wake you up.Other than that, we loved the location, the cleanliness and the amenities.

Weekend in Nashville

Myself and my wife and her two sisters came into town to see a show ay Ryman Auditorium. The condo was very cool and well appointed and comfortable. The Gulch is cool and only a 20 minute walk to Broadway. We didn't move our car for 2 days.
