Vanderbilt Homecoming weekend

We had a great trip, which was enhanced by the property’s proximity to Music Row, the Gulch and of course, Vanderbilt University. We will be back next year to enjoy the lovely home and its well described (and accurate) amenities.

Music City Bowl Bound

We had the time of our lives in Nashville for the bowl game. The house was perfect for 4 couples to spend a long weekend for the game. The house is very clean & located between the Gulch & Vanderbilt/Music Row. The nightlife & shopping in the Gulch is easily walkable. Broadway is a short Uber ride. Had a great stay.

Great place

Nice place, lots of room. Great location, if I come back I'll stay here again. Tried to get ahold of property owner via email a few days early to see if we could possibly drop our luggage off early. They didn't respond to me, so thank goodness we had some other friends staying at a hotel.

X-Mas in Nashville

Our stay consisted of a family of 8 adults for the weekend before Christmas. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A couple of things worth mentioning, there are a lot of stairs- also, the driveway is a little tricky to find the 1st time you drive up (especially in the dark), after that, no problem. There is about a 3” “lip” between the driveway and garage floor. A hard trip & fall didn’t end up in an ER visit, thankfully. Host was easy to communicate with, we would stay here again.

The property was described accurately, except for the number of stairs which was fine for us, but if there was someone who had trouble with stairs it would have been a problem. The property was immaculate, and very well maintained. Check in and check out instructions were clearly written. The house was perfect for our two family (4 adults and 3 teenagers) stay in Nashville. There was plenty of space in the house, and its location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants, and even the walk to Broadway was not bad (mostly downhill on the way there).
