No towels in the room. Blood on pillow cases, hair left in tub. Gave pictures to front desk and have waited for a call from management and still haven’t heard anything.

Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
Room was nice and spacious. Great location. Walkable to Broadway. Only downside to it was that we only had the room checked on by cleaning staff the 2nd day we were there. That’s it.
